Give one customer their own rates
Set a negotiated tariff for one company account in TripSetu. It replaces your standard rate for them and nobody else sees it.
Corporate clients often have their own negotiated tariff. In TripSetu that is a rate card marked for one customer. For that customer it replaces your standard card of the same name. Other customers never see it.
You need the customer saved under Customers first.
Add a customer's tariff#
- Open Settings > Rate cards and press New rate card.
- Use the same Name as your standard card for that package, such as "Local 8hr 80km".
- Under Only for one client, pick the customer.
- Choose the vehicle type and package, and fill in their prices.
- Set Effective from to the date their tariff starts, and press Save rate card.
Which price a trip gets#
When a booking has no Quoted fare, TripSetu picks the rate card in force on the day the trip started, in this order:
- The card picked on the booking under Quoted from.
- A card for this customer, before your standard card.
- A card for this vehicle type, before one for every vehicle.
- The newest Effective from date.
On a new booking for that customer, Quoted from offers their own card, and the Quoted fare fills in from it.
When the tariff is revised#
Add a new card for the same customer with the same name and the new Effective from date. Trips before that date keep the old price.
