The statement for your accountant

Updated 7 November 2026

TripSetu keeps a statement of your year for your accountant: one row per month, April to March, with what you billed, the tax on it, what you received and what you paid.

Open it#

Open Payments & P&L and press For the accountant. Choose the Financial year. Press Download CSV to get a file your accountant can open in a spreadsheet.

All twelve months are listed, even months with nothing in them, so nobody wonders whether a month was left out.

What each column means#

GroupColumns
SalesInvoices, Taxable value, CGST, SGST, IGST, Round off, Billed
ReceiptsReceived cash, Received banked, Received total
PaymentsPaid cash, Paid banked, Paid FASTag, Paid total
Not yet moneyOn khata (unpaid), Mode not recorded
NetNet cash, Net banked

Sales come from issued invoices. Receipts are the payments you recorded against them. Payments are the money you paid out, split by how it was paid.

Not yet money holds costs that are not cash out yet: bills taken on credit, and costs recorded without saying how they were paid. Once a cost has a Paid how other than Khata, it moves into Payments.

If you are not GST registered, the tax columns stay at zero.

Notes on the statement#

Read the notes under the table with the figures. They are written into the download too, so your accountant sees the same thing you do.
