Surajpur, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201306, India ("Buildframe", "we", "us"). For the personal data described in this policy, we are the Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers this website only. It does not cover our products.
Each of our products (InsightUno, VyaparPing, Portage Commerce, GenFashion, TripSetu, Portage Now) has its own website and its own privacy policy, which apply when you use that product. Links to each product are on our Products page.
3. What we collect
We collect as little as we can. This website has no accounts, no sign-up and no advertising.
- What you send us. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, and, if you give them, your company and phone number, together with your message and the topic you chose. These are saved in our enquiry inbox so we can reply. If you email or WhatsApp us directly, we receive what you send through that channel.
- Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider records basic request data such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, to keep the site running and secure.
- Your theme choice. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is stored in your own browser. It is never sent to us.
4. How we use it
- To reply to you and answer your questions.
- To tell you about the product or service you asked about.
- To consider you for a role, if you wrote to us about careers.
- To keep this website secure and working.
- To meet our obligations under law.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Why we are allowed to use it
When you contact us, you give us your data for the purpose of getting a reply, and we use it for that purpose. Technical data is processed for the legitimate uses permitted by law, such as keeping the service secure. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us; this does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
7. Where it is processed
Some of our service providers may process data outside India. Where that happens, we do so only as permitted under Indian law.

11. Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be made clear on this page.
